In this project-centered course*, you’ll design, build, and publish a basic website that incorporates text, this video series is design to take you through the steps of setting up a server on your home desktop or laptop as well as introduce you to CMS platforms such as Joomla which we will be working with. Once you have your server setup il show you how to work with joomla and briefly go over some of its features and show you examples on how to set up a website for your own business or entertainment.

I will share a lot of tips, tricks and troubleshoot problems that will save you time and frustration. I have also included a bonus video on how to download and install quick starts which are basically completed websites that only require to make changes by adding your own content.

Remember! this video series is a crash course on understanding how a website works and in future videos i will go in-depth on more advanced features you can use for your business or hobby site.

Course Prerequisites:
1.Download and install a local server “XAMPP”
2.Download Joomla 3 (latest version)
