Joomla 3.8 User Access Levels & ACL Explained

In the past, I’ve completed a few Joomla membership sites and learned the ACL to a basic level. The site I’m working on the the moment has about 30 package levels allowing users to have access to various documents in multiple categories & packages and it does my head in. I did this video because the penny dropped with a few things in the ACL while doing this site and I thought I would share it
